The Mudlarker Vole
A beautiful little cream coloured vintage clock case which has been turned into a little house for a bank vole.
The Bank Vole is a mudlarker. They collect treasure from the banks of the river and take them back to their little house, to look at and sort. This bank vole has a certain penchant for blue and white pottery and snail shells, but they would love any additions you might find for them on your walks.
The case is approx 17cm tall, 13cm wide, 10cm deep The vole is approx 8cm tall and has a wired armature so can be posed as wished.
The clock case will be packed for posting, so you will need to rearrange the treasures on the floor on arrival, but actually that’s part of the fun!
The case has a hanger so it can be hung on the wall, or it can stand on a shelf.
